CANNING O'NEILL SECURES CREWE RELOCATION FOR BAYSWATER HEALTHCARE
Acting on behalf of Baywater Healthcare, commercial property agent Canning O’Neill has secured a new 15,000 sq ft office for Baywater Healthcare’s new headquarters at Crewe Business Park.
Baywater Healthcare, a leading healthcare provider, which supplies respiratory therapies to patients with long-term conditions, is relocating from 8,000 sq ft on the Park to take the first and second floor of the building on a 10-year lease.
The office will be home to a 24-hour call centre, as well as administrative support for all oxygen, ventilation, nebuliser, sleep and telehealth therapy services.
The owner of the building, housing provider The Guinness Partnership, occupies the ground floor.
Design, fit out and workplace consultancy, Office Principles, led by project director, Andrew Trevett was responsible for delivering a comprehensive fit out for Baywater.
James Dickinson, director of Canning O’Neill, commented: “We successfully identified, negotiated and secured the deal off-market. Our client’s new office is located only a quarter of a mile from the previous office which meant minimal disruption to their current employees.”
