COLE WATERHOUSE APPOINTS NEW DEVELOPMENT SURVEYOR

Investment and development company Cole Waterhouse has announced the appointment of Robert Titterton as its new development manager.

Robert, who graduated from the University College of Estate Management with a Master’s distinction in Real Estate, joins Cole Waterhouse from Nikal where he worked for five years as a development executive. There, Robert was involved in a wide range of development projects in Birmingham, Liverpool, Altrincham and Sheffield.

At the end of last year, Cole Waterhouse announced it had acquired a 3.5-acre Digbeth site in Birmingham for a major redevelopment of the location valued at £260m. It is currently on-site in Manchester at No.1 Old Trafford, a 214,000 sq ft residential scheme which is scheduled for completion in early 2021. In Wembley at First Way Campus it is developing the £100m 678-bedroom student accommodation for University Campus of Football Business (UCFB) and UNITE student living. A fourth scheme, for a 290-unit residential development at Anchorage in Salford, has recently been granted planning approval.

Speaking about the appointment, Damian Flood, CEO at Cole Waterhouse, commented: “With so many live projects and more coming forward over the next six months, we have never been more busy and we need people of Robert’s calibre to help us deliver. Robert has a great deal of development experience and geographical knowledge of working in the cities where our schemes are, and he is a superb addition to our rapidly growing team.”

Robert added: “The scope and size of the projects that Cole Waterhouse is developing is highly impressive. I’ve been fortunate enough to be involved on a wide range of developments during my career and I look forward to working with the team to bring these projects to fruition and maximise their value.”
