LEGAT OWEN HIRES NEW ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Chester based commercial property consultancy, Legat Owen, has appointed a new Associate Director to support the continued expansion of its Asset Management Department.

Tom Creer is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer who has spent the last 17 years working in private practice in Chester.

During this time, he has advised clients on a wide range of commercial property matters across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales. In his new role, Tom will provide bespoke asset management and property consultancy to Legat Owen’s existing client base.

Speaking about Tom’s appointment, Stephen Wade, director at Legat Owen, said: “Legat Owen provides property management services to a diverse client base with assets nationwide. Our management brief continues to grow and it’s vital that we are able to offer the highest standards of client service.

Legat Owen’s Asset Management Department currently acts on behalf of over 130 UK and overseas clients, including institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, property companies and private investors.
