FULL HOUSE AT BROOKLANDS PLACE

Acting on behalf of Willan Investments Limited, Canning O’Neill has fully let Brooklands Place in Sale, Greater Manchester after securing a number of lettings totalling 12,763sq ft.
Crisis Prevention Institute has relocated from Britannia Road in Sale to take 4,010 sq ft within building 2 on a five year lease. Leading Accountants and outsourced solutions provider Harold Sharp Limited has moved from Washway Road to take building 5, which provides 3,579 sq ft, on a 10-year lease.
In other deals, independent financial advisor, Haven IFA, has relocated from Nelson House in Timperley to take 1,670 sq ft in Building 6. Darnton B3, an international architectural and multi-disciplinary consultancy, has signed up to Building 3, taking 1,072 sq ft on the ground floor.
Existing occupier, The Camlee Group Limited, has increased its requirement and has relocated from the ground floor of Building 6 to take the whole of Building 4, totalling 2,432 sq ft.
