The emissions monitoring and gas detection systems and services provider will be relocating and expanding from its current headquarters next door to take up 20,250 sq ft on a 15-year lease.

Existing occupiers on the Park include, Screwfix, Brewers Decorator Centre and Halfords Autocentre. The building is also opposite the M53 Ford car showroom.
